Responsibilities:
- Handle office administrative works including office and facilities management, office supplies procurement, filing of documents and so forth.
- Handle mail and courier services to ensure timely delivery and receipt of important documents.
- Manage and communicate with internal and external parties for providing maintenance, repair and renovation services.
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist with online banking operations including fund transfer, payment arrangements, fund records and so forth.
- Provide additional support to the management if necessary, such as running errands.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration and accounting work.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Stable working history, and willing to stay with the company in long-term.
