Administration Assistant/Receptionist
Our client is an investment group company who provides full attractive benefits and is looking for an Administration Assistant/Receptionist to support their operation with details as follows :
Job Duties :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner;
- Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals and take accurate messages;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails, packages and deliveries;
- Handle office meeting room schedules and availabilities;
- Handle office supplies including office equipment, groceries and appliances;
- Organize and maintain filing systems;
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations;
- Handle any ad hoc work tasks assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma holder or possess a Bachelor degree is a plus;
- Has 2-3 years relevant experience or above;
- Presentable, possess good communication skills and is proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Responsible, with initiative and outgoing
