Administration Assistant

Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling general office administration functions, including invoices verification, office supplies replenishment, office equipment maintenance, and etc.;
  • Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties;
  • Assist to monitor the service of company drivers, amah and office assistants;
  • Assist in preparing office expenses comparison and reports;
  • Perform any other ad-hoc project as assigned.

 

Requirements: 

  • Tertiary educated or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years solid office administration experience in a sizable company;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team player;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details and be able to handle multi-tasks effectively;
  • Hands-on and proficient in using MS Office;
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
