Accounts Clerk

Job Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE / Diploma graduate or above
  • LCCI level 3
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good at spoken & written English
  • Knowledge on PC / MS office

Job description:

  • Handle general accounting duties such as Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable transactions, Reconcile vendor statements
  • Payment processing, preparation of vouchers, journal entries & filing
  • Assist in month-end closing, analysis and financial reporting
  • Assist in preparing audit files
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments regarding accounting issues
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
