As an Accounting Officer, you will collaborate with a talented group of professionals in a supportive environment that encourages growth and development. Your contributions will be vital to our operations and success.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:  

• Recording and reconciling receipts accurately
• Investigate and follow up on unknown receipts, provide information to business on any discrepancies
• Resolves account discrepancies by investigation documentation and adjustments
• Arrange facility to bank in received CQ 
• Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions
• Prepares aging report with comment for business review
• Filing and documentation on winding up clients

What will you bring to the role?  

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a positive, patient demeanour coupled with the ability to work independently.

Other key skills required for the role include:

• A degree or high diploma in Accounting
• Relevant experience in an accounting capacity
• Strong communication skills, responsibility, effective planning, and a results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Hong Kong stock markets and employee share plans would be an advantage
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
