Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, month end processing and cash flow
- Reconcile various accounts include bills payment & receivable
- Provide relevant support to the team and data input into financial system
- HR & Administrative works
Requirement:
- Diploma or above with LCC Higher or equivalent
- With at least 3 years of experience in relevant items, preferably in logistics & trading industries
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing
- Mature, initiative, responsible, hardworking & reliable
- Able to work independent & under pressure within a tight schedule
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Experience in ACCPAC is a preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The office working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are
adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust,
etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office
equipment available
