Job Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage monthly reconciliations and contribute to timely financial reporting.
  • Undertake company secretarial tasks, including:

    • Maintaining statutory records and registers.
    • Filing annual returns and other statutory documents with regulatory authorities.
    • Preparing board meeting minutes and ensuring compliance with governance obligations.
  • Assist with regulatory audits and provide necessary documentation and information.
  • Stay updated on financial and corporate governance regulations to ensure full compliance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 -5 years of experience in general ledger accounting and company secretarial work (less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant)
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and corporate governance requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
