Accounting Manager *** Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager 

• Reporting to the FC
• leading a team to do management reporting function , Group consolidation accounting 
• Leading a team for Pre-IPO action

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare full set management and accounting statements for companies within the Group
• lead a team for preparing monthly full set accounting report.
  
• lead a team for preparing group cash flow forecast 
• Prepare group budgeting , forecasting and manufacturing costing
• Pre-IPO functional roles
• Daily operation and review PRC and HK office's account 

Experiences and skills required:

• High Dip or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Experienced in any manufacturing company is an advantage
  
• Pro-IPO accoutning experience is a must 
• Strong in ERP/SAP or related accounting system
• 10+ yrs or above working experience 
• Stable working experience , not prefer too jumpy working history 
• Lead a team and final review of operation accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge in MS Excel Macros is a plus
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• work in HK (Travel PRC - SZ - NOT Frequently )
