Chiangmai Herbs Trading Limited is a well-established company, due to rapid expansion, we are urgently looking for a high caliber candidate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Control and Inter-companies reconciliation processes
• Maintain internal and compliance controls, financial and operating procedures
• Ensure relevant analysis reports, cash flow forecast & FX exposure are prepared in a timely and accurate manner
• Co-ordinate team members in complying with HKAS requirements, internal control policy and compliance to the accounting rules and regulations
• Liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Vendors, Local sales operation & overseas subsidiaries accountants
• Communicate with Group Treasury on banking facilities (such as: Corporate guarantee, Credit facilities line etc.)
• Carry out and maintain reliable company secretarial records for the fulfillment of corporate, management, legal and tax reporting requirements
• Involve in other ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years managerial exposure, preferred from MNC and engineering companies; retail industry experience is an advantage
• Professional qualification such as HKICA member or equivalent
• Experience in preparing consolidated accounts and budget is a must
• Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, detailed orientated and well organized
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
• Good PC knowledge, familiar with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
