The job:

• Lead and supervise the accounts receivable collections team
• Manage daily receipts reconciliation with collection agents and account receivable systems
• Monitor performance of accounts receivable systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Work independently with business users and collection agents for logistics in supporting new services or business model.
• Oversee in system design and testing to ensure smooth and proper implementation
• Perform monthly general ledger posting and bank reconciliation
• Provide support for finance and audits conducted by both internal and external sources
• Recommend policies, procedures and new workflow to administer account receivable process for operational improvement
• Prepare management and statistic reports
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment
  
  

The successful candidate will have:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Online purchase, Payment Card, Telecommunications or Finance industry
• Self-motivated and strong passion to deliver result
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in Oracle Financial is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
