- Client: A Listed Property Group
- Position: Accounting & Administration Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts; Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports; Reporting on investment and treasury position
- Handle general administrative functions including procurement, facilities management; Contract negotiation with vendors; Insurance administration.
- Provide support in staff recruitment
- $40-55K (Negotiable). 5-day. Bonus.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines
- 10 years experience of which latest 5 years at managerial level
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Solid experience in office administration
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Good command of languages
- Proficient in computer applications
