Description

• Establish and manage intercompany records in alignment with organizational guidelines.
• Document intercompany activities and conduct reconciliation processes within HKSSC jurisdictions.
• Manage period-end closure and financial reporting for Hong Kong and Macau territories.
• Facilitate efficient fiscal closure, including processing designated journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts (cash, assets, liabilities).
• Execute daily financial operations, including ledger reconciliations and precise financial reporting.
• Assist with external and internal audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Profile

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team.
• Knowledge of the retail industry's accounting practices and local tax regulations.
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
