Accountant / Assistant Account Officer

Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • To handle full set of accounting independently
  • To perform the daily operation of Accounting Department
  • Handle accounts receivable and debts collection
  • Perform credit review on customers
  • Communicate with clients regarding prepare invoice and accounting report
  • Prepare accounts and management reports for management review;
  • Liaise with different departments on key financial reporting issues;
  • Other tasks as per management requirement

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience, , preferably with experience in Account Receivables
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Excel expert
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, capable to meet tight deadlines
