Main Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Compile various accounting and financial reports
• Ensure accurate and timely of the reconciliation and reports
• Prepare and monitor the budget & forecast
• Ensure accuracy and timely accounting records in the FlexSystem
• Maintain updated charts of Accounts & Analysis Code in FlexSystem
• Review and enhance accounting system, accounting policies and internal control
• Liaise with external auditors and professionals
• Handle accounting duties of Directors’ investment in various countries
• Final check the figures on the Redemption Report to ensure accuracy
• Perform daily routine accounting functions when required
• Keep proper and organized filing for easy retrieval and in confidential manner
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:  

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, preferably with CPA qualification
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, with experience in handling China accounting is an added advantage
• Candidates with experience in managing a professional team is preferred
• Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Independent, proactive and attentive to details
• Mature, able to work under pressure with strong sense of confidentially
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
