Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling full set account, handling general accounting duties, data entry, invoice checking, supplier statement reconciliation, consolidation, month­ end and year­ end accounting report, financial reports, etc.
• Carry out routine account duties include invoice and payment process
• Responsible for data input, AR and AP related transactions
• Liaise with auditors to facilitate external audits
• Assisting ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirement

• At least 3 years' experience in both Manufacturing & Trading background ;
• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting related discipline with LCCI Level 3 or above
• Well experience in MS Word/Excel and Chinese Word processing; well versed in using accounting software(MYOB), Peachtree/ ERP systems and MS office; 
• Experience in liaising with auditor, mainland supplier and overseas customers is preferrable
• Knowledge of handling company secretarial tasks (e.g. filing of annual return) would be a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, good time management and with strong sense of responsibility
