Key elements of the job will involve:

• Hands-on accounting operations, including handle full-sets of accounts, month-end closing, and financial reporting
• Prepare journal entries and vouchers, bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow forecast and monitor cash flow
• Responsible for the preparation of financial management reports and analysis
• Perform personal assistant duties

Desired skills and experiaence:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with professional qualifications
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proactive with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently; Self-motivated and good team work
• 3-5 years of full-sets of accounting experience. Personal Assistant experience is a plus
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
