Job Description

  • Handle treaty reinsurance documentation, including preparation of quotation slip, bordereaux and cover note, manage files and records
  • Support the new and renewals business processes, management of clients’ records and placing business
  • Establish good relationship with reinsurers to obtain competitive terms to secure business and provide pragmatic reinsurance advice to customers
  • Deliver quality customer service
  • Monitor and review premium collection, payment and credit control
  • Assist in manages queries from clients

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • 3 years or more working experience 
  • Knowledge in reinsurance will be an advantage
  • Detailed oriented, organized with proficiency in using computers
  • Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under strictly tight deadlines and workload pressure
  • Proficient command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Immediately availability is preferred
