Human Resource Section of the Registry
(to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal)
For post (A), applicants should have a good university degree (Upper Second Class Honors and above) with at least 4 years’ relevant experience. They should also possess an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with fluency in Putonghua; good organizational, leadership and communications skills; and be able to work independently and under pressure. Proficiency in IT and experience in HRIS will be a definite asset. The appointee will work in a team to provide a range of HR services including appointments and compensation and benefits.
For post (B), applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 4 years’ administration experience. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. They should be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Strong IT skills and knowledge of Oracle HRIS will be a definite advantage. The appointee will provide administrative and technical support to the section, including day-to-day HR operation and reviews, general liaison, event coordination and any other duties as assigned. Those with less experience may be considered for the post of HRIS Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I). Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
