Requirements:

• Degree of Computer Science, Mathematics or Bioinformatics is desired but equivalent experience(e.g. software development working experience or significant contribution to open-source projects) is acceptable
• Knowledge of one of the following: Excel/VBA, Python, Perl, Java, SQL, C/C++
• Knowledge of NGS data analysis pipeline is desired but not required
• Knowledge of Genetics is desired but not required
• Knowledge of NGS related lab methods is desired but not required
• Mobile App Development Experience is desired but not required

Responsibilities:

• Develop script to execute bioinformatics software to analyze DNA data and input results to the database
• Develop and maintain software to automate other lab procedures
• Develop and maintain a MySQL database
• Develop software to generate genetic test reports
