Program Highlights

This is a 12-month fast-tracking program designed to develop high-potential talents to be the future significant players for key corporate division of G2000. We are seeking change agents with enterprising mindset, to assist our general management to transform the company operation as well as supporting business strategic growth. The Management Associate will be provided with:

• Hands-on experience in understanding the entire corporate operation of a well-known fashion apparel retailer, through the lens of strategic level to an operational point of view.
• Extensive on-the-job rotation among core functions within the HK headquarter ranging from retail operations, product development and corporate function etc.
• Opportunities to lead corporate projects in different functions and support business strategic initiatives.
• Regional business exposure to overseas operations team to understand the company’s retail landscape on Group level.
• Support in attaining world-wide professional qualifications and providing relevant company sponsored management trainings for professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, IANG holders are welcome
• Proactive, flexible & adaptive, high learning agility and able to manage ambiguity
• Strong interests & passion in Fashion Retail industry, especially work-wear fashion
• Strong business acumen, numerical sense, and possess logical, analytical and executing ability is essential.
