The Job
  • A Property Developer
  • Position: (Senior) Customer Service Executive
  • Responsibilities:
    • Concierge - Acting as the front-line representative. Greeting shoppers / customers. Answering customer inquiries on events and promotional campaigns. Gift redemption. Handling complaints and provide assistance to customers when needed.
    • Hotline - Answering inquiries on shopping mall facilities, seasonal events and promotional campaigns. Resolving complaints.
  • $17-23K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus

Requirements
  • Secondary educated or above
  • Min. 1 year customer services experience preferably gained in travel / hospitality / property industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Polite, pleasant, friendly
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, Putonghua
  • Willing to work on shift.
  • More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior CS Executive.
