Company Overview

職責:

  • 提供備料文件,協助備料,控管入出貨,並處理進貨入庫事宜。 
  • 負責一般文書資料處理及歸檔工作。 
  • 提供出貨文件,處理進出口事宜。 
  • 輸入、處理並追蹤客戶訂單,並將訂單資料存檔備份。 
  • 定期提供業務銷售狀況報表,以供業務人員或主管參考。 主管交辦事項。

要求:

  • 中五或以上程度, 無工作經驗可 
  • 良好粵語,普通話及需懂閱讀一般英語 
  • 熟電腦操作 (Windows XP 、Excel 、Word ) 穩定性高,具學習熱誠、細心者,尋求穩定工作者
  • 工作時間 : 08:30~18:00 (五天工作)
