The atmosphere at my workplace has taken a turn for the worse. Should I get out?
I have been in my marketing job for two years and I have been getting disillusioned in recent months, mainly because the atmosphere has changed for the worse because of a change in personnel. I have considered looking for work elsewhere but now I have been offered a promotion.It will be a more senior position and will probably be to the benefit of my CV and my career. I am a bit wary of the prospect of staying at the company though. What do you think I should do?

Will a move to a smaller company pay off?
I have worked for over a decade as a marketer with a large established multinational, the last two in a management position. It has been a rewarding role but I have felt a bit frustrated at times by the slowness of progressing my career.I was recently approached by a much smaller, and younger, retail company to possibly take on the role of chief marketing officer. The prospect excites me but I am also a little concerned by the relative lack of certainty and the change in culture in working for a smaller company. What do you advise?
