To develop new products, I Love Ltd is hiring eight people to join a team of 12 that runs the existing I Love Soho and I Love Lan Kwai Fong area marketing businesses.

"They are typically people who have a desire to be part of a fast developing business," says Scott Davies, the company CEO (below, extreme right). "They should be motivated, creative and have ideas that they want to see come to fruition."

Davies says the existing area portals provide businesses a shared platform to help promote themselves and connect with customers through targeted marketing promotions, area-wide events and social media campaigns.

"We also want to introduce mobile applications as another avenue to help users find new and existing areas, venues, and things to do in Hong Kong. Another aspect we are looking to include is more Chinese-language content," he says.

While the company has sales and marketing vacancies, the product team welcomes web developers, interface designers, and graphic designers.

"We need good communicators and people who are keen to contribute and help devise new products. They should be highly skilled, have worked in a large organisation and looking to change to a more creative and entrepreneurial environment with a wider range of duties. This environment can be very empowering," Davies says.
