I recently started a new job and negotiated what I considered to be a good salary - higher than the one in my previous job. I soon learned, however, that some of my new colleagues, who have much less experience than me, are on much more competitive salaries. I want to raise this with my boss but I worry it might be too soon, even though my probationary period is complete.  How long do you think I should wait and what might be the best way of going about this? For your reference, I work in auditing.
