In Hong Kong’s hyper-competitive real estate sector, the demands to deliver customer satisfaction have rarely been greater. Ricacorp’s staff has once again risen to the challenge, its thorough training paying off this year, with the awarding of a Distinguished Salesperson Award to ten of its members.
Ricacorp has been investing resources in human resources training to improve the standard of the whole industry, as they see this as an important component in enhancing the competitiveness of their employee. This time, the ten awardees agreed that they have benefited a lot through joining the competition, such understanding many sales skills.
One of the participants Jim Au says that taking part in the DSA competition was invaluable experience. “A professional image is important to a salesperson and joining the competition really helped build my image and self-confidence,” he says. “I would encourage more salespeople to participate in the DSA competition.”
