Elite Capital Solutions, a privately owned professional wealth management company which focuses on client service rather than sales, needs six established financial advisers for its recently opened Hong Kong office.
The company has offices in Dubai, is getting business registration in Singapore and Malaysia, and is set to expand to other Asian countries.
"We are looking for experienced advisers in financial planning or wealth management at priority banking level, who [have] had success working with clients," says CEO Phil Neilson (above). "They will become the founding advisers."
Applicants should have at least a university degree and industry specific professional qualifications, he adds.
They should also be tech-savvy or willing to learn the new technology in servicing clients.
"[Candidates] should embrace technology and be able to use iPads, cell phones and personal digital assistants," Neilson says.
The company will set up client portals and state-of-the-art technology to access and deliver up-to-the-minute information.
"You need a system that allows the clients to say that they are getting value and are willing to pay for the services," he says. The technological set-up will go live in June.
The company offers a clear career path, according to Neilson. It plans to launch training programmes in areas such as corporate compliance to help employees develop their careers, while successful candidates can move to the company's overseas offices.
