Auditors – Junior to managerial level
RSM Nelson Wheeler
The member firm of RSM International, the sixth largest accounting network worldwide, is seeking everyone from juniors to managers. It currently employs a staff of 350 in Hong Kong.
The company is looking for responsible, proactive individuals who are dedicated and positive. They should be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and able to write in English and Chinese.
"To work smartly and effectively is essential," says Chris Wong, staff partner of the firm, adding that this includes the ability to delegate and give supervisors timely reports on issues and developments.
The firm has a friendly working environment, Wong says, "[yet] we encourage staff to talk if they have concerns".
In-house training is offered to staff throughout their careers. Study and examination leaves are available, as are subsidies for courses related to work. Staff are well looked after, yet are also expected to serve. "We have adopted a uniform best practice audit methodology. RSM International is a truly international firm that provides services with the same high standards everywhere," says Wong.
"It is part of our philosophy to grow with our clients. We expect client experience service levels to be second to none, singularly focused on client growth and success," he adds.
