HONG KONG: Bringing over 17 years of experience in the people development field, Alistair Lamont will head the production team as well as become the lead facilitator at Team Building Asia, Hong Kong.
Both a qualified facilitator and coach, Lamont – who is MBTI and Harrison Assessment qualified – has worked with senior executives of various levels and nationalities, leading them through strategy sessions, company meetings, as well as team- and people-development programmes.
His past clients include Cathay Pacific, InterContinental Hotels Group, National Australia Bank, Puma, English Schools Foundation and Nomura.
