機會往往係留給有準備的人,秋風初起,一眨眼又到了要準備Appraisal ( 工作表現評核 ) 的時候,如果能夠善用這個一年一度的機會,不但能大力鼓勵表現出色的員工,也能明確指出其工作上的不足之處,對提升公司整體的效率有利無弊。
數字雖然是評估表現的客觀指標,但數據多未必等於好,如果Appraisal只列出一堆數字,恐怕寫和睇的人都會悶到瞓着,加上近年有不少公司採用360度回饋法,評核表格數量大增,填表時要考慮的細節也愈來愈多。
