Role Description

• Create menus for new vendors who feature on the website
• Edit and proofread the work of others to ensure accuracy of content
• Collaborate with internal teams to create pages and optimize user experience
• Update menus efficiently and accurately, complete edits with a high level of detail and speed
• Train others (formally and informally) on tools, processes, content and best practices

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong authoring, editing, and reviewing skills
• Detail-oriented, self-starter & highly motivated to succeed
• Team player, with a strong work ethic
• Experience in Back End Processes such as Data Entry, Data Upload, Billing, etc
• Excellent command over English and Cantonese / Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel or similar tools
• Candidates with less than 4 years of experience are preferred
• This position is open for fresh-graduates
