Responsibilities:
Planning, development, management and execution of volunteer projects and new service programmes, and such other duties as required in achieving the mission of the Agency.

Requirements:
1. A recognized university degree or above, preferably in social work or in a social science discipline
2. 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level, experience in NGO will be an advantage. Candidates with lower academic qualification but substantial relevant working experience would be considered.
3. Innovative, mature, resourceful and independent with solid experience in organizing volunteering projects
4. Good leadership and teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to work well and flexibly with different professionals and volunteers
6. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
7. Proficient PC knowledge, familiar with Windows, MS office, internet
8. Immediate availability is preferred
