Responsibilities:

• Design, lead and develop Visual Merchandising strategies for the Brand as well as ensuring that the strategies are clearly communicated to store teams
• Actively participate and drive development of store layouts and product presentation in collaboration with Assortment, Marketing and Store Development Teams
• Lead the development of store POS to ensure communication and customer experience across all parts of the store is maximized
• Ensure clear VM guidelines/Department books are in place and communicated to store teams on a regular basis
• Actively participate and drive development of future store fixtures and POS
• Actively participate in regular meetings to ensure layouts for new stores are maximized commercially
• Develop new initiatives, maximize product exposure and identify new promotional opportunities 

Requirements: 

• At least 7 years of solid retail visual merchandising experience from fast fashion international retailer
• Solid knowledge of HK & China markets. Experience from other Asian markets or globally is an advantage
• Proven successful track record in the field of Visual Merchandising
• Very strong leadership skills and strategic mindset combined with a mentality to get things done on all levels
• Used to work in a fast growing, multicultural and changing environment with strong cross functional collaboration and a flat organization where people are empowered to take initiatives and decisions.
• Self-driven and organized with ability to push through commercially good actions
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in English. Cantonese and mandarin an advantage
• Regular travels to other markets are required
