Job responsibilities
To identify market & training needs, organize, promote and evaluate training activities for the business sectors;
To plan and organize trainings, seminars, workshops and other ad hoc events;
To source and prepare new training course for new development in industries;
To liaise with instructors and various training partners;
Occasional out-of-office hour assistance to the team.
Requirements
University graduate with min 3 years’ relevant experience;
Creative with market sensitivity, self-motivated and be able to complete task in a tight time frame;
Good team player with excellent communication, presentation and project management skills;
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua with excellent writing skills;
Computer literacy, well-versed in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing; experience in using software such as Illustrator/Photoshop and basic knowledge in HTML is preferred.
