Company Overview
Main Duties
- Assist to develop and source the soft skills/supervisory training programs applicable to the Company training needs
- Assist to conduct training needs analysis and consolidate the training evaluation
- Coordinate with external training institutions/organisation on logistic/payment / enrolment arrangement
- Assist to produce and update training materials
- Handle both internal and external correspondence and enquiries
- Prepare training schedules, update training records and Training System promptly
- Monitor the training progress / calendars and arrange training classes with other departments periodically
- Ensure the qualifications / training schedules have fulfilled the authorities requirements
- Provide logistic support on the training room facilities
Requirements
- Tertiary education
- At least 2 years working experience, exposure in administration work is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- PC literate with MS Office, Acrobat and Chinese applications
- Well-organized and good presentation skills
