Company Overview

Main Duties

  • Assist to develop and source the soft skills/supervisory training programs applicable to the Company training needs
  • Assist to conduct training needs analysis and consolidate the training evaluation
  • Coordinate with external training institutions/organisation on logistic/payment / enrolment arrangement
  • Assist to produce and update training materials
  • Handle both internal and external correspondence and enquiries
  • Prepare training schedules, update training records and Training System promptly
  • Monitor the training progress / calendars and arrange training classes with other departments periodically
  • Ensure the qualifications / training schedules have fulfilled the authorities requirements
  • Provide logistic support on the training room facilities

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary education
  • At least 2 years working experience, exposure in administration work is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • PC literate with MS Office, Acrobat and Chinese applications
  • Well-organized and good presentation skills
