Major Duties:
(a) To coordinate the provision of furniture and equipment for Chai Wan new campus;
(b) To coordinate and supervise the relocation to the new campus;
(c) To coordinate meetings with stakeholders and consultants of the new campus;
(d) To coordinate and supervise the security, cleaning, moving, landscape, catering services carried out by outside contractors;
(e) To coordinate the repairs and maintenance, renovations, venue bookings, key access systems, display of banners, health and safety; and
(f) To schedule and act as secretary for the relocation committee meetings.
Requirements:
(a) A recognised degree in relevant fields including Facilities Management, Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Property Management, Administration or equivalent;
(b) At least two years’ post-degree relevant work experience at supervisory or executive level, preferably with experience in facilities management in educational institutions;
(c) Experience in handling office relocation and renovations, office system implementation will be an advantage;
(d) Knowledge in drawing preparation, design presentation will be an advantage;
(e) Good communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills;
(f) A pro-active approach and ability to work independently; and
(g) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Notes:
(1) The appointee may be required to work irregular hours or shifts and perform duties on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.
(2) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
