Responsibilities

• To support our Customer Care Centre in delivering exceptional Lane Crawford experience for every customer via email.
• To follow company service guidelines to provide professional pre and post sales service to customers

Requirements

• Current University/ Diploma/ DSE graduate students with good attitude are welcome
• Good e-mail etiquette and telephone manner for contacting business parties e.g. DHL, SF Express, Stores
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Passion in making every customer feel great
• Customer-orientated with strong sense in problem-solving abilities, attention to details, pleasant and out-going personality
• Able to work shift duties
• Flexible in December til mid-January
