Company Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounts payable functions including prepare accounting vouchers, cheques and record of supplier invoices
- Review invoice and delivery expenses analysis for month end closing
- Prepare petty cash payment and staff reimbursement
- Maintain daily operations and support month end closing
- Handle general accounting clerical duties
- Ad hoc work assigned
Job Requirements:
- F.5 and passed LCC & I Intermediate or above with 2 years relevant experience in garment industry
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics - Navision is an advantage
- Independent with strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Able to work overtime and under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel & Chinese word processing
- Good Command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
