Job description:
- Manage and supervise the activities of customer centre in terms of providing customer service, sales and customer retention activities to meet the service level and pre-set KPI
- Perform sales analysis and planning to achieve business targets
- Conduct coaching to the individual members to uplift the performance and identify the way for improvement
- Manage the daily operations to ensure service quality and compliance
- Conduct investigation of the customer complaint and comply with internal compliant management requirement
Requirement:
- F.7/ diploma holder or above in insurance related disciplines
- Min. 5 years experiences in customer service/ telemarketing with at least 1 year supervisory experience
- Relevant experience on coaching and training sales staff on general insurance product
- With insurance intermediaries qualification papers 1 & 2 and other professional certification is highly preferred
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Excellent customer service skill with complaints handling experience
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
