Company Overview
Responsibilities:
• To be in-charge of tutor recruitment
• To assign jobs to multicultural English teachers
• To maintain and manage the current teacher database
• To monitor all teachers’ service quality and efficiency of the programme
• To handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments when necessary
Requirements:
- At least one year work experience in HR or administration is preferrable, fresh grad, is also welcome
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Mature, efficient and be able to work under pressure and long hours
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Be able to work as part of a team with positive working attitude
- Immediate available is an advantage
