You will be responsible for the leasing of station retail facilities including kiosks, banks and vending machines. You will implement effective leasing strategies to enhance tenant mix and maximise rental revenue, monitor fitting-out works and station shop projects as well as liaise with internal or external parties to resolve operational and technical issues. You will also undertake central duties including report compilation and system review.

You should have a Degree in a related discipline with at least 3 years' experience in property leasing or marketing. Good communication skill is required and knowledge of technical provisions and station operations is an advantage.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Station Retail Officer II position.
