Job Description

• Reporting to the Project Manager;
• To plan, organize, direct and coordinate all activities and resources in the construction site in accordance with the agreed methods;
• Responsible for managing and supervising the successful execution of works on site and liaising with senior project management for works implementation;
• To coordinate with the government sectors, utilities, consultants, contractors and suppliers or all stakeholders of progress of works; and
• To carry out manpower, materials and plant schedules.

Job Specification

• Higher Certificate or above in Building Studies / Architectural Studies or related disciplines;
• Membership or association to recognized industry bodies or institutes would be desirable;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in new building or building maintenance projects;
• Qualified as Authorized Signatory for current RGBC company would be highly desirable;
• Possessing valid driving license in Category 1 & 2 is a must;
• Well versed in construction sequence and materials;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project;
• Excellent management and problem solving skills;
• Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and stable;
• Good command of verbal and written English and Cantonese; and
• Immediate available or in short notice is highly preferred.
