• Form 5 or above with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with Seasonal item in trading / manufacturing industry.
• Prefer to work with US market.
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
• Proficiency in computer knowledge.
• Mature, Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and responsible tight schedule.
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities
• Able to handling full set of I/E document, L/C (collect L/C), banking documents & Tradelink declaration.
• Handle order processing, PO entry, delivery schedule, shipment arrangement, invoice etc.
• Coordinate shipments between factories and freight forwarders.
