Responsibilities:

• Manage and support applications running on servers / cloud service platform to meet the SLA, e.g. AZURE or AWS or Aliyun
• Responsible for setup, maintenance and troubleshooting on IT hardware, network and software.
• Assist project team to provide technical support and problem diagnostic for clients.
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
• Deploy and test new systems and services for clients.
• Provide 1st-tier system support to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Perform daily system administration duties and housekeeping on IT resources.
• Assist in writing documentation on system setup, operation and user training.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in system administration and technical support.
• Knowledge in Windows server, Unix/Linux, VMware, shell script, Java application server, MySQL, TCP/IP and network equipment.
• Knowledge and experience in Cisco networking (CCNA or higher Qualifications preferred)
• Knowledge in Project Management, IT Service Management (ITIL) practices
• Related working experience in ISP or IT support is beneficial
• Fluent in Cantonese, conversable in English and Mandarin
• Familiar with SCRUM or Agile methodology is advanced.
• Able to work independently, proactive, analytical, mature and responsible.
• Less experience will be considered as System Engineer.
