You will assist in managing one of the residential properties in Hong Kong managed by the Corporation. You will monitor, supervise and motivate property management staff and service contractors, including security guards, clubhouse staff and cleaners, and enforce the House Rules and the Deeds of Mutual Covenant of the estates. You will handle enquiries and complaints from residents, prepare annual budgets as well as organise and attend meetings of the Owners' Committees. You will wear uniforms and perform duties on irregular patterns of hours.
You should have a Degree or professional qualification in Housing Management with at least 3 years’ relevant experience. You should have good interpersonal skill in dealing with residents, Owners' Committees and the public. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese as well as hands-on experience in various software applications are required. Experience in managing prestigious and large residential complex is an advantage.
Candidates with less experience and/or lower qualification may be considered for the Property Officer position.
