Our client is urgently looking for a high caliber Property Officer to look after commercial properties.

Our client is a well established property developer with highly reputable assets in HongHong Kong and other countries.

Description

Assist the Property Manager in supporting and monitoring the daily operations of building management services
Assist in liaison and cooperation with external parties and maintain a good relationship with tenants
Coordinate with internal departments in all property management-related matters
Assist in data analysis, regular reporting and presentation for making improvement recommendation
Deal with all enquiry, complaints and requests and take appropriate and necessary follow-up actions

Profile

Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
Possess 5 - 6 years'years' relevant experience in property management, preferably gained in sizablesizable corporations and commercial properties
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Independent, well-organized aorganizednd detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
