The Roles

Reporting to the Manager, Partnership & Marketing Communications, the incumbent will mainly focus on conceptualising, writing and editing assignments/tasks for overall implementation of marketing communication, PR and media relations strategies.

Job Duties

• Responsible for the creative concept development, copywriting and coordinating the production of marketing communications, PR and media related materials including correspondences, brochures, newsletters, press release, online communication content, speeches, and reports in clear effective English and Chinese
• Assist to develop corporate communications materials, such as brochures, leaflets, audio-visual materials and E-newsletters, etc.
• Assist in the participation of corporate events, such as seminars, exhibitions, roadshows and arrangement of delegation visits.
• Liaise with different teams on the production of different promotional materials.
• Carry out other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Good university graduate in Translation / Journalism / Language Studies / Communications / Marketing / PR / Business
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in copywriting, marketing, communications, PR or media relations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver high quality work within tight deadline
• Attention to detail with creative mindset, proactive and strong organisational skills
