The Job
-
To assist in planning and organizing programmes related to publicity/ public education/ communication/ liaison/ media in respect of the MPF System and MPFA;

To coordinate partnership with stakeholders and vendors for the production of publicity activities and materials as well as publications and promotion items;
-
To assist in the communication with stakeholders for facilitating stakeholder engagements and collaborations;
-
To arrange and participate in outreach communication and publicity activities;
-
To prepare and arrange various media activities; and
-
To monitor news, public opinions and stakeholders views relevant to the MPF System and MPFA.
The Person
-
A recognized degree, preferably in public relations, communications, journalism or marketing, or equivalent;
-
At least four years of relevant experience in corporate communications, publicity, public relations or media, preferably gained from sizable corporations or public organization. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Officer;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage;

Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
-
Highly sensitive to public relations or public issues;
-
Mature, customer-oriented, proactive and a good team player; and
-
Able to work independently as well as under pressure.
Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
