Responsibilities:

• Analysis and identification of project issues in the weekly Integrated Report process
• Escalation of project issues and providing support in the weekly issues follow-up and rectification
• Compilation and production of monthly management reports
• Detail analysis and ground-work preparation for the departmental Continuous Service Improvement initiative under ISO20000 principles and practices
• IT Records Management Process maintenance and execution including ITD policy and procedure documents, project documentation, study reports, presentation material and management reports as well as support to the Knowledge Management Process
• Support different corporate initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of IT Department
• Maintain effective communication and cooperation with all stakeholders/ business counterparts within and beyond IT Department

Requirements:

• Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or a related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in the Programme Office and/or systems development in a sizable organization
• Familiar with ITIL / ISO20000 IT Service Management standard
• Holder of PMP Certification is preferable
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
