Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervisor in developing new products and services on e-banking channel to enhance customer experience
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to facilitate formulation of business plans
• Monitor project life cycle including preparation of user requirements, collaboration with internal and external partners for User Acceptance Test, training, execution of marketing campaigns and production support
• Analyze and optimize products/services workflows and systems to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency
• Assist to review, update and write-up of internal operations procedures

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in Retail / Corporate Banking business, preferably with exposure on Deposit, Loan or Fee Income products
• Proven experience in product development and project management
• Good knowledge on e-banking products/services and related regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Self-motivated, creative and analytical minded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.)
